HAI Shares

The subscribed and fully paid share capital of Holde Agri Invest is 121,273,584 RON, divided into 121,273,584 shares, each with a nominal value of 1 leu, of which 120,577,734 ordinary class “A”  shares and 695,850 preference class “B” shares.

Since the listing, the company has carried out three share capital increase operations, in 2021, 2022, and 2023, with shareholders’ contribution. The ordinary class “A” shares of Holde Agri Invest are admitted to trading on the Multilateral Trading System (MTS) of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since October 1st, 2020. The shares are available under the symbol “HAI”.
