Who we are

Holde Agri Invest SA is state of the art project in the agricultural sector, initiated and co-financed by Romanian entrepreneurs an investors. Our goal is to become a local agri player of a reference, reaching a minimum of 20,000 hectares in cultivated land within the next 7 years. We plan to invest over 50 million euro in a modern agricultural business, where efficiency and operational excellency will drive our revenues, for the benefit of all investors.

Capital Markets

In December 2019, Holde attracted 10 million lei from Bucharest Stock Exchange investors during a private placement for its shares. On June 15, 2020 during a second private placement for HAI shares, Holde attracted additional 12 million lei from BVB investors. Holde shares started trading under HAI symbol on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on October 1st, 2020.
