We are open to discuss the potential acquisition or collaboration with owners of farming land in the south and south-east part of Romania. We chose that region primarily because of the high quality of the soil as well as the large area of arable land. On top of this, the proximity to Bucharest as well as the Danube river ports and the Constanta port are a big advantage.
We are looking for farms between 1,000 up to 2,000 hectares, with 2,000 ha being the ideal size. We require the following site components to be available at the time of acquisition:
- Arable land (rented and/or owned);
- Existing farm machinery;
- Farm organizational area – sheds, repair shop, storage facility (if existing), etc.
